It is pretty grim, but I see it as a necessary evil.

The pigs are anaesthetised before shooting.

It's a shame they can't replace the pigs with paedophiles, and save on expensive anaesthetic.

How can it not be shot and still alive ?? Are you serious ??

Halal is quick and painless and hasnt the slightest analogy to what i'm talking about

PS and more importantly respect to the animal[/quote]

please dont be a complete ass and preach about respect of animals and say Halal slaughter is humane and quick.

I'm not preaching anything to anybody , just getting different peoples views on it , i'll not get offended , honestly . Your right .... i probably know as little about halal food as you do

One problem with this. The medics are suppose to be learning to save the life not just let it die :lol:

Oh i get it now, someone shoots a pig say in its arse and then they try to patch it up and keep it living, yeah is a bit harsh i guess but it would be hard to do on a chicken!

Should really use live chav's IMO.

Halal is a religious way of killing an animal that is seen as being some sort of purity and show sign of respect to an animal.

That's the line anyway agree with it or not. I don't agree with it as seeing it done does not look respectfull IMO but pure butchering.
