Where about in the Vale were the burglaries? Just last night I had a group of people snooping around the fence of our yard.

In Peterston-super-ely, there have been 3 or 4 burglaries, also in St Nicholas and Welsh St Donats apparently. Chavs from Ely responsible by all accounts!

I would cut into lengths a log it later with a sawbench. No way will you cut as fast if using a chainsaw.

I appreciate that wasn't really your question but at 50-100cube it is a better option IMO.

I would reccomend Dolmar or Makita as a serious competetor and if your buying new you will save much pounds! depends a bit on your local dealership, Shavey from here should be able to sort you out with Dolmar kit.

Sorry to hear about your brand new 550 & other stuff getting nicked, I would also like a 346 if they still made it or a 550 for when my Stihl gets replaced & no daft flippy caps - hopefully. I have a 365 & its great, love it.
