Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!

its in a nightmare bit, single track rd, below the crane the field drops away at about 30 degrees then drops straight into a huge glen, this is one lucky guy.

we are all wondering how they plan to get it out, if scrap was high it would be gone by now in the back of a couple of transits.

i will keep you posted on how its going.

i wreckon the best way would be a couple of monster track machines and drag it out. the crane crossed 2 bridges it shouldnt have to get there.

so who knows how they will get kit in, or dismantle it.

it will be good to see anyway:001_smile:

Stevie,

Why don't you offer to drag it out with your unimog:001_smile:

I reckon that would be worth a few beers.

moggy looks like a toy beside the crane?:001_smile:

i would end up in beside it.:scared1:

Its amazing what it takes to get something like that upright again, years ago we got a John Deere 8400 and heston baler in a deep drainage ditch ( don't ask ), it took 3 heavy duty wreckers to get it out onto the road again.
