Today Has seen the start of a really bright and exciting future . had we taken the timber trailer down as well today i am pretty sure we would have had got all of the timber away from site leaving only the main stem for planking later in the week (for green park furniture)

The Jensen certainly made our old Junkari look like a garden shredder lol .

Anyway im fairly sure there will be more pics to follow tomorrow when tommer moves the timber !! im gutted i wont be there but sadly an NPTC assessor meeting takes me away .

Thanks for all the kind words and enthusiasm that you have all shown us , it really does go to show what a great community spirit Arb Talk has

Many thanks

Dave

Nice job.

I was dead impressed when i saw that big lump in there. Wondered how the hell you got that on there. Then i saw you cut in half....sensible that.

Was that loading or unloading in the dark there? Worth a set of lights over the side windows they help a lot.

The secret to loading tose lumps was to lift in close and sit the timber up by the head board and with a bit of help from our unimog it was then slid to the back !!! getting the lumps back off was fun !!

We were both loading and unloading in the dark !! more work lights are on the cards for sure !!

I really have found it a joy to use for the last week and today tom and i started on a site clearance for another firm which will see us chipping, felling and moving the timber from 400 trees on the site .

Cheers

Dave
