haha

how much did they actually want off you then at vodafone? i think mine is about £45 a month with t-mobile

I’m on a very good tariff of £20 per month. £100 to upgrade, and an extra £80 to take me down to a 12 month contract, instead of an 18 month one. Plus £5 per month data bundle.

Should have been £25 plus VAT.

They wanted £32 plus VAT per month. The L/A don’t pay me that much ! lol

I have been using nokia for ages now on o2. Have got an n95 8gb and an n96 which i broke the screen on. I do have a high tarriff, but dont use a landline other than fot the net. Both phones have internet capability- pretty fast too, and excellent cameras. I do quite alot of work for a guy who is a banker, and has to have a blackberry for his job- but he is always complaining about them- they seem to go wrong quite alot. The i-phone is great as long as you dont want to forward messages, or receive mms pictures. The reason my n96 is in for repair? I broke the screen whilst at work!!

Maybe there just isnt a fone which will do everything we want, and which wont break:confused1::sad:

Hey John - I have a Blackberry curve with vodafone. I phoned up when it was time for my upgrade and told them all the deals that I had found online that were better than theirs.

In the end I got the phone with the data package (push email and unlimited internet plus unlimited texts) for £25 per month plus vat. Pretty pleased with that! Although I would say that I am not that impressed with the internet capabilities of the phone. I have been told that a free software upgrade will improve it though.

If you do a bit of research on other provider's deals then threaten to leave they will often bend over backwards to keep you. And do it all on the phone to save your fuel!!
