She quotes you wanting to cancel it - did you not write that?

No mate, I wrote 'If this mess isn't sorted I'll cancel my contract'. I suspect the e-mail went somewhere where there isn't a good grasp on the Queens English (if you know what I mean)

I've rang them and given them both-barrels tonight! :mad1:

Got the new phone on Friday.....

After many phone calls and quite a few e-mails of complaint Vodafone sorted a deal out….

Free upgrade (Originally they wanted £100)

12 month contract (originally they wanted an extra £80)

Unlimited Arbtalk and e-mail for £34 per month. I still think its expensive – Am I getting a tight arse in my senior years??:confused1:

My curve is holding up well, tho I do keep it in the Otterbox, with the 3 protective layers on. I've dropped it about 40feet onto a brick wall with no adverse effects. I looked at the Storm, but I think a touchscreen would be too delicate for this work.

I spoke too soon, must have tempted fate or something, but my Curve died about a month ago, all of a sudden. Luckily was backed up, replaced under warranty, got a new one now, with even more goodies loaded into it:001_tt1:

Having washed and killed a two week old phone this weekend I thought I would see if anything tougher was out there rather just buying the cheapest again and again and again.

I found this Sonim XP3 Enduro in Yellow - An ideal mobile phone for Builders and Construction Workers I don't suppose it will travel through the chipper any better than anything else but it might survive wet pockets and the washer. I wondered but if anyone else had given it a try?
