Nice work mick! I absolutely love the ladders, reminds me of a classic photo of one of the guys i used to work with, 3 sets of ladders strapped up a big cedar in Suffolk in the 80's. Easier than body thrusting on 3 strand!

 

Was the rot caused by the removal of those big limbs in the past do you think?

Was that on an estate owned by a brewery, after the great storm?

I don't think so, i was in Cambridge working for a cambridge firm, might be mistaken, but sure the guys said it was in Saxmundham, at the church next to the big hill, which was only a few miles from where i grew up, hence remembering it.
