autumn's here , leaves are falling and so is the temperature. frost this morning finished of tractor battery , and my knees and shoulder are aching .Any body got a surefire way of keeping free of aches and pains of arthritis / rheumatism , perhaps magnotherapy , copper bands , cod liver oil , glucosamine etc .

Tried most of them ! hobbled out to try to take photo of frost on car roof this a.m. only just made it down the stairs, I think Barry Sheen moved to N.Z. to ease the pain , thankfully I’ve never been as damaged as he was!

An electric blanket , seriously .

If i think i'm going to be aching next day , switch the electric blanket on #1... get up not nearly as bad as you would do normally . I'm convinced :thumbup1:
