My pack up varies a bit but usually works out something like:

 

4 slices of malt loaf/banana loaf with butter

2 small bags crisps

2 kitkat/gold bar/penguin etc

1 round of sandwiches

cuppa soup/mug shot etc

 

Not into fruit but sometimes have a bag of peanuts kicking about in the truck too.

 

Usually have about half of it mid morning and the rest at dinner but nearly always hungry by 3pm ish but doesn't seem to matter if I take more or not.

 

If we're on arb jobs normally end up grabbing some warm pork and apple sausage rolls from the farm shop on the way past too :thumbup1:

Breakfast: trim flakes,honey and full fat milk.

 

Pack lunch: 2 litres sugar free Irn Bru and couple of pieces in ham and lettuce. Packet of crisps and bar of chocolate. Same every day.

 

found the honey is good in the morning.:001_tt2:

2 coffees and two slices toast with home made marmalade for breakfast.

coffee and banana at morning break.

2 filled rolls with some kinda either sandwich filler or cold meat and coffee at lunch

coffee and banana at afternoon break.

 

lots of water mixed in. always have a full water bottle in tractor and refill whenever needed.

 

do like to have good evening meal with meat or pasta. love steak/venison/bison

Breakfast: porridge with a layer of sugar on top. Means I'm good to lunchtime and a bit beyond if I need to work through.

Lunch: two rounds of sarnies plus an apple and banana. Sometimes a cereal bar from Lidls (can't remember the make)

Flask of coffee and 3 litres of water in my camelback.

 

Seems to work. :-)

breakfast :- 550ml can of red bull

9 am bacon, sausage, egg and sprinkled cheese on a soft roll.

10 am 550ml can of red bull3 pm large bag of reveals and a coke

6 pm sausage and chips

8-11pm constant trips to the fridge for cheese, fizzy drinks, wkd blue, cake,chocolate, white hot chocolate with cream, toffypops, peanuts, coffee, toast, pizza ect:thumbup:

4 weetabix with sultanas and banana, 2 slices wholemeal toast with marmalade, glass of fresh juice and a brew for breakfast

 

4 sandwiches or barms, tin of fish, sometimes a salad, 5 pieces of fruit, 2 chocolate bars, a yogurt and 2 litres of water
