NFU versus Arborisk.

NFU raised the 6meter height to 25meter on my policy, dont know why it seems to be such a sticking point, unless they are trying to stick you all on a modified gardeners policy rather than a specifically tailored quote which is what i ended up with, I cant fault them now although there was a long period of pratting about to get the policy sorted

Arborisk were cheaper than trust so when I decided to cancel my policy with them at renewal the guy at trust almost had a fit ! Totally unprofessional , though after finishing his rant and raving how great trust were he finally calmed down and matched the quote which I foolishly accepted in hindsight.

Aye i gave them a call when i was looking for insuarnce they ended up beingbthe 2 nd cheapest but had a lot more to there policy. So went with them, and there business maner was a lot professional

My experience exactly; Trust wholly unprofessional, arborisk excellent. Talking to a mate today who said come a claim, trust keep saying the theft was outwith the terms blah blah blah...

Exactly the same with me. Although, they raised mine to 30m, which covers virtually everything I deal with.

If someone I was paying money to spoke to me like that I'd put the phone down on em and go elsewhere no matter how good their quote was.
