Were you able to fell up the slope then lower the trunk down?I'd have atleast put something there to keep the rings in one place

 

My thoughts. Fell straight up the bank with a winch and some lines. Lines would stop it moving back down and easily and controlled on each ring. Coils also then back the truck right upto the bank and easily load up.

I suppose. Just the way it looks to other people passing by, throwing huge chunks out into the road and it looking like they don't really care about where they land or how far they roll out. I did just say looked.

Yea you are right on that score but at end of the day whats quickest and easiest is what counts . Once you have scratched up and blown who cares ....:001_smile:

Its not a road as such, its the rear access to the place and we were behind locked gates.
