I start the day with 2 weetabix in a small ammount of skimmed milk.....a banana or orange as a snack if I get peckish.....today's late lunch (usually fish) as I have done well I treated myself to chicken cooked the Thai way....i took 1 hour to eat it savouring the lovely flavours.

Full cream milk for me always if you don't take much the difference in fat is nothing.

Did you find you felt low on energy and weak when you first started this new diet?

Good morning Mr Orchard...as anyone who knows me will tell you...I am full of energy pretty much 24/7...my energy levels have actually gone up! Lack of booze in my system has unlocked my brain and I am thinking clearer and faster....I find my sekf breaking into a jog when I'm walking..being lighter I feel quite athletic....always had a very strong back shoulders and arms but I am noticing my core is quite strong too! I'm Evolving!:)
