In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

After almost a month waiting for parts and for it to be re-built i was re-united yesterday with Stan (my climbing saw). I have only ever owned one saw from new and that was my 020T and that got sold to pay for rent back in the day:(...i replaced it with an MS200T which i bought from a mate called Stan a utility arborist who sadly passed away so this saw is very sentimental and i will do anything to keep it going...Bought about 10 years ago it has never let me down and has earned me money....but about a month ago it spluttered to a halt so without hesitation i handed it over to the lads at my local shop and said to do whatever to return it to its former glory...and the result is incredible!

Set it away with a tank and left it on idle....the noise just on tic over was music to my ears! Thump-thump -thump. It was always powerful but with the new Piston and a Pot etcetra (all Stihl parts). What a machine:cool:

Three little trees to ease it in. Going to run it on Aspen.

Was going to buy a new M-tronic 201TC....don't think i'll bother now.

You off work still doing a few guvy jobs? Can't beet a 200 as a topper that's for sure!

Best time to swap to Aspen after a rebuild when everything is in top condition especially if the saws not in daily use.

I'll answer that tommorow Mr Git when i've processed what just happened tonight.... delicious food and wonderful company...just got in after the most amazing night with the most beautiful woman i have ever met!!! I am lost for words right now...it's official.....Mr Fox is in LOVE:)
