When I landed back in the North It was light a huge weight was lifted off me and I began to feel uplifted like never before and getting down to some good honest tree Graft again with Chris and the lads is great!....but things just keep getting better...this weekend my big brother flew in from Canada with his wife and kids...then my younger brother from Scotland with his tribe....first time we've all been together for years...

 

My life is all about Family these days...and working on familiar ground with fellow Northerners:thumbup:

Two more people to see then I feel I can breathe easy and relax into Northumbrian life...my Son and my Grandson...my lad is running two bars on the weekends so I only managed to see him on his dinner break yesterday so tommorow we have a day together with the bairn.... my son ismy Rock....I love being back here....I'm becoming more like.......ME!

Its always good to get back to being yourself, I have found over the last few years I have become sombody else due to lack of staff enthusiasm. That said I have gone from one extreme to the other now I have employed 'Mr Enthusiasm', I am finding that I am enjoying work again and its not just a job, I am find on an evening that I am excited for work the next day and this is a massive thank you to you Paul mate, you really dont know how much of a boost you have given me.
