A lovely cycle along the Thames path...Dinosaur pasty for breakfast from the Kew butcher...free drinks from my mates cycle shop....can't wait for my grandson to be old enough to appreciate "the night garden":rolleyes::D

it just infuriates me when i see cyclists with big headphones on, especially on the road and with no helmet.

Bursts of rain today with the temperature steadily rising to 28 or 30 degrees by the weekend...limes to do so feels like a Silky day to me:)

This will soon be my new toy:thumbup: I need your advice lads...I love it but I need to pimp it with a new Registration plate..."silky 1" or fox 1 is that possible?

Anyhoo....back to the real world:rolleyes: my new pick up will not be sporting the blsck 20 inch rims and BF GOODRICH shoes as the ownet (my climbing buddy) is keeping them for his new Ford Ranger....instead will be running on these Alloys...
