It was a cracking day yesterday. Cheers Jon for taking me up and bringing back home. Next time we should definately camp up there so we can see the site in more detail and in a less rushed manner. Was good to meet fresh faces and to put names to faces too.

Good to see you Paul, hope you enjoy the t-shirt. One more event in Ireland then im done for the season, You'll have to Facebook me the video you took (hopefully not the one of me getting stonked by the World Champ and WR holder).

There was only a second in it though!

 

Have you tried those funky spiked shoes with no bar support? I suppose they'd be harder on the ankles wouldn't they?
