Hey Paul. I went to the Gym for the first time in 18 months yesterday. I enrolled on a ‘boot camp’ circuit training course at Pure Gym. Really feeling the pain today. Scary thing is... my IPhone must be listening to me whingeing about my muscles and joints aching cos it’s started bombarding me with adverts for stair lifts!
Careful what you say when Siri/Facebook/whatsapp is listening. [emoji33]

It is a bit scary if you stop and think about it. You can turn it off (I think) by going to “privacy”- then scroll all the way down and go to “advertising” then turn “limit ad tracking” ON. While I was at it I turned OFF “share iPhone analytics” which is in “analytics” above it. [emoji106]

It has extremely clean air judging by all the lichen on the plants.Fair few recent big removals. Nice walks.

if your up this way again give me a shout, see if i can arrange you a guided tour with head gardener and a good climber.

yeah the removals were pretty much all standing deads on safety grounds or deemed dangerous trees. thankfully we plant a fair amount each winter of specimens so always more planted than removed.
