A friend of mine at my last job asked me if i was interested in a jacket he had won at a comp. He had never worn it but he thought i would rather like it and i was after something i could call my "Training jacket". I liked that idea a lot.I saw it and knew it was perfect for my future dream.I gave him some money for it as he was really kind in offering it me.It fits like a glove and is really well designed.I wouldn't expect anything less from Pfanner.I even match the fox they sent me!

I went down the lantra route and have never regreted it.

 

These days Lantra assessments carry identical weight as NPTC assessments. 

 

Regardless of that, you are better off doing the training and letting someone else assess, as you can get more days work out of training, you get more opportunity to make a difference to the candidates, and it's stuff you can get your teeth into.

Regarding train-the-trainer,  talk to lantra about doing an 'instructional techniques' with Vince Holley.  Incredible bloke, you will love him.
