them boys are worth staying clear of,sent me not cut proof stretch airs when rang to inform them of the blunder they wouldn't send the pair i ordered or refund me,oh yeah and they charged for the cut protective stretch airs...they will come unstuck one day treating folk that way.

My nephew ordered some kit off them a while back, then cancelled after 2 weeks when it hadn't arrived. It arrived about 5 days later. The "Husqvarna" forestry helmet he ordered was an orange hard hat with a Husqvarna aticker on, and more scratched and battered than one I'd been using for a month.

ordered some carabiners from them,payed with paypal,payment was pending for days,give them a ring and they said they were waiting for stock to come in,they said that they would be in on a certain date,phoned back on that date,still not in so cancelled order and went else where:blushing:

Ordered with Abbey on Monday a yale blue tongue rope for my zig zag, and after not hearing anything back from them done a search and found this thread, ive sent several emails or ignored, this is my first and last time using them. Serious customer service review needed.

I usually always use fr jones but just this once used abbey as they have paypal and I didn't have my card and wanted the rope asap for my new zig zag my plan didn't work out tho.
