Piles are a fact of life, heavy lifting etc can bring em on, they should only last a week or so, I have had them on or off for 25yrs, it's not new climbing techniques you need, it's refining your suppository insertion.

Sorry, I can't believe you can get piles from climbing!

If you are finding it that hard you get piles but are wiling to try that hard you are getting piles, then simply join a gym, get some muscles and up the rope you will go:)
