Iveco tipper not tipping

I started a thread a while ago as my truck has been struggling to tip off chip.

If you can get it started (2 blokes lifting whilst trying to tip) it's fine but apart from that it struggles now even with it not even being half full.

Topped up the resevoir, there's no leaks.

Spoke to someone at del Engineering and its going to cost £500 to get a new motor.

Does anyone know of someone Nr Guildford that might be able to service the motor or help in any way?

Cheers

Jonny

Does the motor sound if it's struggling??? Does it get hot or smoke?? I found it's the motor 99% of the time not the hydraulics. If it is doing the above it's most likley the brushes in the motor have gone. Don't bother with getting it reconned just buy a new motor and pump unit complete with res. the units on ifor williams trailers are very good/powerfull have no problem with 2.5t of topsoil!!
