What's the scam then, given that the buyer collects?

 

I'm not suggesting it isn't a scam (if it's too good to be true, it almost alwasy is, especially in the south), but I can't see the angle with a COD deal...

Seller pretends to be too busy for fixing a collection date, payment is to be via some sort of "pay the courier" voucher, which is when you get shafted.

Yep, only thing to add is that they steal their pictures from people's listings on ebay (which is why it will be exactly the same saw).

I can guarantee you it's a scam.

 

Send them a mail, with your phone number in, they'll send you a text with an email address, google that and you'll be sure as well.
