Big leaning Ash.

Iv been asked to take down a big ash with about a 40 degree lean on it. It is in privately owned woodland, The lean came about due to high winds causing it to slightly uproot. Its a ticking time bomb if you ask me. Its about 0.70m across at the bottom and a fair few tonnes of wood in it.

My question is, how would you guys go about doing it? My thoughts are obviously put the gob in and bore out the middle leaving a fair bit of holding wood, then nik that out to drop the tree.

The reason i ask is that iv had a large ash split on me before even though the lean wasnt bad at all. Only about 10 degrees. Im a confident cutter but for some reason this one has given me the fear.:blushing:

Any advice would be great, Ill put some pictures up tomorrow as i forgot my camera today.
