Now that is friggin awesome. I would definatly do that.

 

Although I would not want to be the first to try it when they first come up with the idea.

 

Seen them surveying the power lines with a helo before but never seen anyone get off it.

I will do a hand stand on the top just for the crack most people die from a fall of under 10ft so anything over 100ftyour dead worked on the top of Wembley arch that was a good one as you could feel it flexing

As from what I've seen they use some great big Russian helo to lift the assembled tower parts into place. Can't remember what helo it was but it creates little down wind so they can position the sections.

 

Still needs bodies to bolt it all together.

Can't get my head around how they are allowed to free it climb in todays world of H&S though.

Yep, made my palms sweat watching him "free climb" on the outside. That is ridiculous, it only takes one slip!! I must be getting old!
