How far have you ran/cycled/swam today?

Was due to do the 18 mile round trip cycle to do an hour of circuits. 6 mile in I punctured thanks to the local chain flail and just as I dismounted the heavens opened and just as I'd replaced the tube and pulled the thorns out with my teeth my pump decided to explode into a million pieces into the undergrowth! Character building they say!

Guess what. I was on the repaired bike ready to do the same 18 mile round trip to do the hour circuits and at exactly the same place the tube valve popped! No spare. With 3 miles to go I wasn't going to be beaten again so I ran! Didn't need to do the warm up for the circuits!

Dedicated. Got my cleats now so if i can get past yet another crash on m40 will have a blast

You'll have to report your findings on the cleats. I've never used them.

Long run in the morning. Setting off at 0600 for a 14 mile run to Durham. Getting the bus back!

Have found them ok i have got them set to a low tension which means there is some movement. Had couple of moments i thought i was going to disappear behind a car at lights but not fallen yet.

Power wise it takes a little getting used to using both legs at the same time
