1.5hr road bike last night, nothing too hard just a mid week top up.

Probably do a trail run tonight.

Should be open water swimming by now but water temps still too cold round here in the sunny NW

Not much recently, best event was the Newhaven-Dieppe classic.

Cycle onto the ferry, visit the bar.... you get the idea.

Very popular in the 90s with a lot of the Sussex bike clubs.

 

You budding Jonny Brownlees tire me out - keep up the good work though, the feel-good factor makes it all worthwhile.

Wed nite - trail run bout 5m

Fri nite - 1.5hr road bikin

out early 2 moro to put in 3hrs on the bike before it get too hot

Can't run any more (knee/back) but walked round Kielder on Saturday so ?29 miles with a mile to/from rented stone barn. Great day for it but windy, so much so the osprey ferry wasn't running!

My longest run tonight, since starting about a year ago, 7 miles in 1 hour 12 minutes. Been told there is a half marathon taking place about 3 miles from my house at the end of June, considering having a go.
