Did 30 odd lengths in the pool at lunch time (we had a stand down day from wpd) and then gonna do a nice little 30km ride later once it's cooled down a little, only 3 weeks till oblivion gotta get the mileage up haha

I usually do it but doing a 100mile charity ride. :/

23 mile ride , 2 mile run and 100 press ups . oooossssshhhh and i,m still a tad chubby lol .I really love it when the six pack brigade turns up and to be fair they are basically **** lol .

The wife treated me to a new set of these

I broke mine about 3 years ago and for one reason or another, work, family, finances haven't managed to replace them.

Off to dig my bike out the cellar and clean her up ready for her new forks.

Perfect weather this morning for a trip up the coast to Cresswell and back home for dinnertime. Refuelled at this fine establishment.

Trip clocked at 47 miles in about 3h20min which is fast (for me).:blushing:

Thought I'd drop into this thread. Managed 32miles in afan forest yesterday. Totally ruined me, great fun though! Manged to fall off twice (damn spds) and had one small crash. Planning a 3 day trip into Wales next.
