How far have you ran/cycled/swam today?

Well, completed the 'Hanworth half marathon' today, my first one. Very heavy rain / thunder storm for the first 40 minutes then dried out. My garmin watch made it 12.8 miles and my time was 2 hours 11 minutes.

Very happy with the time, just had to make it round after telling everyone I was entering.

I will destroy myself physically and mentally all in the name of charity!

I will have to run over the beautiful Blackling Hole waterfall 3 times on a 7.5 mile lap. Even thats gonna look sh*t by the end!
