Sorry to hear about your wife, hope she is OK. It makes me feel a bit silly posting this about a dog when I think what your family must be going through.

 

I know what you are saying about the chemo but he is normally fit and healthy and enjoys life so I want to give him a chance, if he goes down hill then of course I wouldn't want him to suffer.

I think Bald Monkey is thinking right,as it means he can get the move sorted & that lovely dog settled into the new home for a while,a tough call.

 

I had a fair old spell on chemo,& it was not easy at times,for me or the family,& I feel for anyone man or beast going through it,but it can & does pay off.

Sorry to hear this . Touching post . I would say when we had our Tuska sent off to play in the park in the sky . I shed many a tear and felt more for him than I do for my parent's . He's contributed more to our family than many a person :001_smile: We ended up burying him on one of his favorite walks with his duvet biscuits and his medication for his journey .
