The diary of an obsessive compulsive arborist

Recommended Posts

Hmm, what to say? You have been a valuable asset to arbtalk, I and many others have learnt a lot from you. It will be a real shame if you leave for good. I hope its not the argumentative few who have chipped away at you repeatedly that make you feel your time here is over. Your enthusiasm is infectious, some take offence to that for some reason. Perhaps in time you will reconsider not returning, many lurkers as well as those that reply will have gained a new direction in their arb careers after reading some of your posts and threads. I hope you return at least to read this, and the many similar posts Im sure will follow.

Don't be a stranger...

Dear friends, the time has come for me to leave, its not something I do gladly the past few days have given me much to think about and mull over but for personal reasons my time on this forum has come to its natural end.

Please keep up the good work your all doing, don not lose sight of all the things I have shared with you all, remember the tree is not a singularity, from root hair to leaf it is immersed in all manner of life forms, and it needs nearly all of them to thrive.

I regret that I never really even got started on soil, the fungi are but just a portion of it, bacteria, nematodes and many other organisms make up healthy soil communities, so read up and wise up, you will be surprised what you uncover.

For all my friends, when you need me, youll find me, it wont be hard, i am a noisy begger!

be good, be safe and go well Arb-soldiers:thumbup:

Im going to miss this place.:001_cool:

That's odd :confused1:

I'm not sure if Tony has beat your record or not David (when you left) he might have you by a whisker:001_smile:

Edit: welcome back Tony by the way, if you are back

Oh I think Tony beats that worthless record by a rather large country mile

I never really left though, I just went into hiding to keep an eye on a few of the more troublesome members that were buggin me :sneaky2::biggrin:
