I might add we have a faultless H&S record.

 

Its about common sense and being pragmatic, IMO, NOT "just" ticking box's on a form.

 

Their was a guy on radio 4 who ran several businesses very successfully and he said it would be IMPOSSIBLE to run a business, these days, without breaking the law.

 

He said that the secret, as a manager, is to know which ones to break.
