Every now and again I wonder the same thing - Is it worth it...... Not quite come to a conclusion yet.

 

I love the work we do in the winter 'cause its in the wood, away from people - but I dont normally get the chance to enjoy it while Im in there.

Everything happens for a reason, if they are the kind of customer who prefers a lower quote AFTER accepting what must have been acceptable to them, then they are not the customers you want! Sounds like they could have been trouble, think posistive and think yourself lucky to avoid them!

We should all charge call out fees like electric/water people. That would stop at the time wasting.

 

Next time someone calls check if they already have several prices and see if can beat that and if not don't waste time going to view.

Thats a very very good point Trad , Vets bills always have a call out charge whether they need to treat an animal or not , why should arborists be any different ?
