Had reports from this morning, one of my colleagues mates who works for himself had a fall out of a tree and is in a bad way in ICU in wythenshaw.

Don't know the full story as yet but thoughts are with family and be careful out there peeps

Sorry to hear this Robarb, hope he's soon out of ICU - always a good sign.

My son has recently got his CS39 loves the job but can't help worry a bit.

Apparently fell 30 ft into tarmac, shattered ankles, one elbow and shoulder and bruised head.

Great to hear he is o.k. Speedy recovery.

Thanks goodness he's okay...ish, and hopefully will be able to return to work when he's good and ready.

Perhaps then, if there are any lessons to be learned to better protect everyone, we could hear more.

In the meantime take it easy and hoping for a 'speedy recovery'.

Cheers..

Paul
