That K1 fight was a cracker best one I've seen in ages:thumbup::thumbup:

 

Kong looked super sharp in bamma rich, his kicks were so heavy and that spinning elbow was a peach:thumbup1:

I know, I was surprised as I usually find K1 a bit lame. That one was a slugfest though.

 

Kong looked great didn't he? Didn't give Marshman a chance. The spanish archers at the end really finished him off!

Been a bit quiet recently, not been able to train as I injured my leg...

That chap is hard as nails. How can you kick that hard?

 

Because his name is Buakaw and he is an animal. I was more impressed with his Spanish archer... SOK!

Great ko there rich Buakaw is a monster hes so calm, that looked like a sparring session for him!!

That wee girl had great body mechanics Liam, she was hitting the pads well.
