Well it looks like he is only taking some stuff for himself as he is using a wheel barrow to transport it .he may well just be cutting the windblown and dead wood so may well be doing nothing wrong .

If you are worried take your walk tomorrow and just see what he does ,

If you are moving into a new place you will have new nabours and may well be your future customers . If it were me I would just leave well alone unless he is taking your wood as you would not want to stire up the mud before you have even moved in .

Anyway it's only just my feelings on it but it's up to you to decided what to do or not to do in the end .

All the best littletree:001_smile:

As said above find out what he is cutting first if it is windblown or fallen trees then I see no harm as long as they have permission of course, but if they are cutting down live trees then maybe look into it further as they may have permission to do so.

He's at it again! I thought it was maybe a one off last time but he's down the hill again now!

I'm thinking a polite phone call to our TO on Monday morning now as its turning into a pee take.

Cheers gents Iv kept quiet upto now about what he's been doing as he's my neighbour but in the picture the stem furthest to the left has been severed from the stump on the far left. He's managed to hang it up in the remaining sycamore and all of this is within 5 metres of a well used path.
