i had a carlton like that, awfull thing to use wouldnt recomend 1, of them full stop,:thumbdown:

 

but for starting out etc and horses for courses etc ;) your other carlton was way more expensive than these.....

 

i'd rather buy a secondhand rayco or dosko or dan equip :)

My Carlton 900 is awesome for those hard to get to stumps. Thesmall Carlton is in no way comparable to these small grinders

Where shall I start mr woodpicker? Engine size and performance will change the machine

Cutting wheel thickness will affect grinding performance

Cutter setup (mine runs green teeth)

Brake effectiveness

Angle of handles

Air filter setup

Etc etc etc

its nearly identical to a 900, ?? the only differance is the cutters , mine had finger teeth , ,still crap
