I can have a bottle to myself and suffer no ill effects the next day, and sleep really well! Any more and I start to feel shabby.

Usually abstain Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Might have a bottle tonight though as tomorrows job has been cancelled.

Cheers!

Just so long as it's a bottle n not a 'box', that's a slippery slope to oblivion, ha!

Enjoy...

I usually just drink ale (but do enjoy fruit gins, and increasingly, good whisky) and have one, occasionally 2 a night. 10 pints a week I would say. It's one of my very favourite things and I look forward to it.
