Enjoy your wine James!...i enjoyed many years of Drinking and Partying Hard.I,m from the North East and it was part of my Cultural Heritage!...it never affected my Tree Surgery...But,i shall be 44 next month and have been Alcohol Free for over a year now and have never enjoyed climbing so much as i do now..i,m fitter than i have ever been and a lot Stronger...Each to their own...

I can have a bottle to myself and suffer no ill effects the next day, and sleep really well! Any more and I start to feel shabby.

Usually abstain Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Might have a bottle tonight though as tomorrows job has been cancelled.

Cheers!

Just so long as it's a bottle n not a 'box', that's a slippery slope to oblivion, ha!

Enjoy...

Paul
