Why do you need a new rotor? I think that you be lucky to find a good one, anywhere. If the shaft is damaged, get an engineering firm to make one and press it in, or make a copy for you. If that is too dear, buy a new chipper and that will come with warranty.

Hi all. Looking for a second hand ROTOR for a Premier 200zx chipper any 1 knows of a company how brake's chipper.

Another option is Masons may take it as a trade in against the reconditioned 220mx (although it looks like a 200mx to me) they have on their website today

Just wondering what bit broke off near the blade.

Straight forward rebuild realy. Cut the bend blade ajusters off and get new ones made weld back on. When the fly wheel is out drill and tap the sheared vertical anvil bold with a left Hand tread ( easy outs snap don,t like them) if the shaft need replacing it needs heat and liquid nitrogen to get them out and in. Replace bearings and anvils. Just check the oil tank has not got punctured as this does happen.

Rebuild a few that have had felling levers and track clips go in to them.

If you you don't get anywhere speak to rob ant overland they took on what used to Willke recycling.
