from my limited experience in one, it's cramped, only 2 seater, horrible bouncy ride, not much room in the tip body.

advantages are it's size as well. it can fit places a transit can't.

Good reliable trucks, the ride is a bit iffy when fully loaded around corners, but they could get stuck on a tarmac road, I wouldn't want another one.

Hi there has any of you owned a cabstar tipper thinking of getting one, any

usefull info on these trucks much appreciated cheers

 

HI matt nr us on friday a log man come with his logs he got of the cab and the cabstar run away over a wall and into the garden of a house :lol:but then it can happen to any one jon :thumbup:

but.... is great for firewood deliveries though, used it a few times for work, reliablility is second to none, great turning circle, but not the most luxurious ride though but as john has said in his post Legally they have one of the best carrying capacities... all personal preference mate really... and i use a transit tipper in the week... may be an iveco tipper could be worth a look? :thumbup:

A cabstar is a great little arbtruck! I have a chip box and toolbox on the back of mine and it does most jobs. It's not an off roader so don't pull onto some wet grass! Useful trucks though. Great turning circle compared to the 110!
