and how exactly can you guarantee that from a picture?

from the build quality of buckingham gear I would "guess" it is better built than the TM. I'll be replacing my TM next spring, thats 2 years use, not great but I didn't expect much more from it.

You shouldn't underplay the size issue when it comes to tree climbing harnesses. Take the Treeflex, which is a well designed harness, it comes in three sizes, but the actual legloop pads and back pad are the same size through the range, its just the webbing that is longer/shorter.

It'd be interesting to know if Buckingham are actually going to be making the back support pad and legloop pads bigger or smaller in relation to the sizes

Agreed, and Buckingham have always made xxxs and xxxL to order if required, I remember Rip Tomkins daughter had an XXXXS made for her years ago. Can't remember what model it was, blue and red.

From what I read on the ergovation the leg loops/pads are standard size and its the back pad that you buy to the correct size and the webbing is standard.

Just to clarify Tim:

The TFX pelvic pad comes in three different sizes, to reflect the fact that the hip ds are set closer together or further apart depending upon size.

The leg pads are the same size throughout.

The webbing adjustment length is different on each size.

Sorry Paolo, my mistake, would be good if you could get the leg loop pads in three different sizes as well? A smaller climber is getting more for their money in the way of support from the legloops, any plans to make those leg loops solid and wider like the Kolibri? Hows the batten attachment going?
