Firewood is far more valuable than that.

 

You should be doing it for nowt for the firwood, the customer is doing you a favour.

 

 

That's what we get told all the time when pricing up chipping !

i dont have much experience so you may not agree but use a crane, there so quick can drop it where you want, but then you have the road. can you close it.

I take it you only take on a job after you have been given a FULL explanation of the reasons for the work being done and have given YOUR APPROVAL!!

I was interested to know why old utilities need be excavated and so the nature of them ( pipes..cable whu ) It would compliment the reading I am currently involved in...

You are making alot of assumptions there mate...I guess you lost your sense of humour afterall...or just trying to get even cos I said the wrong thing and upset your royalness!!!?:sleep1:

We have been asked to quote the removal of these five trees.Contractor removes the waste,this due to the ammount of waste and limited area presents problems in itself.

 

Three live lines in front (can be turned off but not removed)

Two service lines to houses behind

360deg target area

180deg of the target area is private property

Traffic on the one side must be halted during lowering.

 

Traffic control supplied by client

Seriously get yr MEWP priced, no crane obviously, probly day for each-depending on yr day rate, plus stumpgrind, maybe small grab tractor trailer combi..........3Gs per tree ? Or bin it !
