Looks to be next to a public road and footpath, definitely not a straight fell so it;s a dismantle job, traffic control and pedestrian re-route whilst dismantling.

It's a built up area which means traffic, people, kids, and plenty of targets.

Theres also the nice Beech hedge which the owner wont want damaged so I would be all in at £450, arisings removed.

This is what makes pricing so difficult to advise on.

It COULD be done in 5 minutes - but SHOULDN't

We've got loads of different figures based on a decent photograph.

Admittedly many are tongue in cheek but better to see a load of people's views to see what sort of things are taken into account.

Once again - good luck

We should all be charging around £60 an hour.... That's IMO any way , and it looks like a job I would not base a day rate around if I wanted it!

If I charged £450 for that i`d be laughed at!!!! you can put out road cones .have lads with yellow shirts, block pavement...dismantle it with out damaging the beech hedge,,,and still be done in the hour,,,,,but hey each to there own,,,

Hello,

Just done a very similar Birch for 240 euros or 190 squids and with the stump I got 300euros in all.

The wood I gave to the poor and the chips to a gardener.

I'm loved for my generosity x :001_tongue:
