Hope it sorts it's self out Pete, with a bit of physio no doubt, shoulders are such a flexiable joint it's easy to damage.

Best of luck mate, I had shoulder problem but doc said nothing can be done apart from phisio to build up muscle not being used the best joke i've heard this year.:laugh1::laugh1:

Cheers gents think the painkillers wearing off now-worst thing I can't drive the landy for at least a week! While I'm laid up reading Collins guide to British trees! Good book:thumbup1:

 

Don't hold it in the same hand all evening - could make your shoulder ache:lol:

I wish you a speedy recovery and the best advise post oppertive would be Keep up with your Phisical Therapy as if your live or at least your lively hood depended upon it. It really can make a big difference with recovery time. Have a great and restfull weekend
