Just walked to the shop......

 

Yeah the only way I'm going anywhere today is if the lifeboat pager goes bleed bleed bleed. Other than that I'm indoors.

 

HI ALL we have more snow on monday this week :laugh1:there going mad for logs jon :thumbup:

hahaha well I went from about 3 inches snow cover to about 12 inches over night :D with drifts over 5 foot in places. Still very poor show for my area. We normally get 2-4 foot even cover with drifts anywhere up to about 30feet, depending how the terrain lies and was filled.

Looking like it could all just thaw in a moment though! Gone wetter. No longer powder snow.

Now that is mighty impressive :001_smile:

 

We used to get proper snow down here on the moors. In 1978 we had a snow drift at the top of our road that buried a Landrover. When the blizzard was over we dug down 6' to the roof now I am excited when we get 3". Ahh when I was a young, now where is the nostalgia icon.

Not as deep as that Norway one but for Scotland I think it is nae bad :)

 

Looking again at the Norway photo I think that is actually a photo from Japan.

Snowing again for the last 3 hours looks set in for the day.

I did exactly the same thing 10mins ago!! Not snowing down here yet Jon.
