You need to show them the lunge thread stevie and explain thatyou think they could do a better group lunge than puffy tree workers, they,d be well up for it then.

Get well cards to boost the immune system- lunge nurses doing it even better

good luck with the surgery today stevie. try and drink plenty when you come round, its surprising how a little bit of fasting and surgery can dry you out, plus it will help flush the anaesetic out your system, especially after 2 ops so close together.
