Although I agree with the sentiments of the above posts, the reasoning is off.

 

My grandmother is 92, she bikes to the shops three times a week, does all her own housework, her garden and the neighbours' one. Does that mean nobody is allowed to feel old until they're 93?

 

My brother started feeling (and looking) old at 16!

My Dads 61 been in the tree business his whole life still up every morning at half 6 and works all day, he says why grumble just be lucky you still have your health to keep on going. which i always think is a very postive out look.

TBH, I really, really hated turning 30, when you leave your twenty's your no longer connected to the young, IE those in their teens and twenty's.

 

But once I was over that my age has never bothered me, its just a number, passing 40 was no big deal, I've just passed 42 and feel very well :thumbup1:

Im 29 shortly, if in 2 years i have a Range Rover like your profile pic I wont be worrying about much mate to be honest!! Seriously though, my bro is is 40 next yr and he doesnt seem 10 weeks older then me let alone ten yrs! Age is what you make of it mate, i hate having to trainer harder now to keep fit but hey ho thats life!
