i love meindl. i have the waldlaffer<sp?> the climbers, and now the air streams. the walds i had resoled after a year and they are still a nice comfy boot, the leather is all holding up well. the climbers, i personally found a little uncomfortable in tight crotches, and also for standing on ladders....i guess the sole was either very thin or very soft in the centre and the rungs would really dig in. they lasted ok though all the same. ive had the air streams for a month now and they were super comfy straight out of the box. the sole feels pretty grippy for general limb walking, and they do feel very comfy in spikes. cant fault them in any way to be honest, just need to find out if they last long enough to justify the price tag!

Ditto to all the above. Had the wauldlaufer pro for a couple of years but for the last 2 been wearing haix. Picked up a pair of the new airstream and had this week in them. Real comfy in spike and good grip in the dry but not tried them in wet yet. Time will tell if they are worth the price tag but so far I am well impressed!
