I thought it was a Cupressus, don't know arizonica though? Client says it was a leylandii planted about 35 years ago, however its never been trimmed and is only about 25 feet tall. So I had doubts about it being leylandii, I now have doubts about that, and reckon it is leylandii, but a fair bit younger than he thinks!? Thoughts?...

Looks to "smooth" to be a leylandii, thoughts are that it's a true cypress "Cupressus" and not the hybrid cross but hard to tell from one pic.

Is there a very small white dot in the middle of one of the scales?

Try a guess with this one, at a local garden I work at... Species and family if you will.

Clue - There used to be a champion of it's kind at Croome Landscape Park, Worcestershire, but I was told it since died from soil contamination...
