See, that was much better than insulting customers or beating up chavs.

Although both of those things are satisfying in their own way!

I KNOW this is over the top red tape, but if you handle it, it is hazardous waste. Risk Assessments etc :scared1: handling of dog waste may require specialist training too and clothing to meet H&S requirements. Havent got time now to find the links, but came across them the other day. Make the owner responsible for their own waste!! Risks of infection with Toxocara are very real.

I think the point of dean being right to walk or not, boils down to one thing; the state of the site when priced.

If the site was clear on pricing day thats how i would expect it, and if its a mess there is obviously a discussion about it being cleared prior to works.

Therefore; spot on dean!

I did a job in the centre of town earlier in the year, there were used needles all in the undergrowth under the trees. I only noticed them when we came to clear up, I stopped work and told the client that all the small brash and leaves that had falen into these areas would have to be left where it fell as we were'nt going to touch it. He said "oh yeah, we always get junkies in here"..

Thanks for the warning mate!!!

While we were working two plain clothes coppers chased a guy down the alley and nabbed him next to the chipper. This was just off the royal mile in Edinburgh, supposedly a world heritage site.
