What length did you get and how much?

 

I got the 2.5m one

 

£125+vat i think it was, was i looked at it is that it cost me less than half a days work to save me a lot of work for a good few years!

Ace bit of kit, I've made a couple but this works a treat! Saying that I got it stuck once or twice but I I have it looser now. Saves alot of work and aides smooth climbing so much!

Be prepared to spend a bit on cord though, to easy to fly out the trees ;)

 

I'd get 1.25m one though 2.5 just to long for day to day work will get in the way!

 

Tell the wife it will help you get home faster and you'll have more energy after work!

She'll love it! Or not.

I got one of these a few months ago. I also run an extra roller karabina (cheers Drew) at the top and run my rope tail back through it to give me a second pulley. Makes ascending back up the tree almost effortless. Excellent bit of kit and saves heaps of energy. Now, if I only I can stop getting the thing stuck.
